Our away friendly against Bradford Town saw a frantic second half provide great entertainment to the fans watching on.
No one can say that preseason games are less engaging, as we came back from 2-1 down to draw against Bradford Town. We started the first half in dominant form dictating a majority of play. With chances coming on a regular basis, it took until just before half time for the game's first goal. Owen Humphries continued his great pre-season form, as he received the ball on the left flank, jinked his way into the box before slotting it calmly past the on rushing keeper.
Second half began in similar fashion as we continued to press for the second goal. But it was Bradford that took advantage of a poor passage of play, leading to them drawing level and then a few minutes later taking the lead. A wake up call that sprung us back into action. After some neat play down the right followed by a straight ball into Davis-Wilson, who put it away to draw level.
A final push for a winner was on but some great defending meant that despite a strong finish the match ended up two a piece.
