Frome Town FC are delighted to announce that Martin Lenihan will remain with the club for the 2020/21 season.
The attacking midfielder scored twice in 16 appearances in all competitions last season, including a strike in the Southern League Challenge Cup away at Melksham Town.
Lenihan made the move from Bradford Town to Badgers Hill last summer, linking up with the former Bobcats manager Danny Greaves once again.
Greaves is "pleased" that Lenihan has decided to return to Badgers Hill for the forthcoming season, following some good performances last term.
He said: "Really pleased Lens has agreed to re-sign. He had to be patient at the start of the season, but once he got his opportunity he took it with both hands and went on to put in a number of brilliant performances. A great lad and character to have in and around the dressing room."
It's another case of "unfinished business" in The Robins' dressing room, as Lenihan hopes to help The Robins towards promotion again next season.
He said: "There is unfinished business for me at the club with this group. I hope we can build on what we started last season and hit the ground running whenever that may be."
