Rex Mannings Extends until the end of the Season!

We are pleased to announce that Rex Mannings' loan from Chippenham Town has been extended until the end of the 24/25 season.

The 24-year-old midfielder who progressed through the Bristol City and Oxford United academies will continue at Badgers Hill where, between 2018 and 2022, he became a firm favourite among the fans. Chippenham will have a 24-hour recall after the first 28 days have passed.

Danny Greaves explained his decision to bring back the midfielder, "Pleased to have secured Rex for the season. It's been a stop-start loan with injuries, illness and postponements meaning he has been unable to get any rhythm. This new agreement will allow all parties to settle and Rex now knows where he will be playing his football for the foreseeable."

On his return in October, Rex spoke to the Dodge the Question podcast about his loan, "Frome has always had an appeal to me and I hold the club very close to my heart. My current club Chippenham have a large squad, I was finding it hard to get regular game time and needed to do what is best for me!"
