Gate and Ticket information

Which gate to use?

The main gate on the right hand side (clubhouse side) will remain for ticket holders and those who have purchased a matchday ticket in advance. The left hand side will remain a cash only entrance. We would advise those looking to pay with cash on the day to arrive earlier to avoid queues and potential delays in your experience. As cash will not be held on the right turnstile.

Our 3rd gate closer to the carpark entrance will be opened for larger attendance matches - details will be shared prior to match.

The 3rd entrance at the back of the ground, will also be cash only (when in operation). We would advise that all fans enter via the main gate.

Additional to all home or travelling fans that need step free access to the ground to come via the main gate.

Proof of Identity

For those looking to use concession ticket, student ticket or holding a season ticket, we would advise you to bring additional identification in case we are required to perform identity checks on the ticket holders.

Under 16 Tickets

To comply with safety and compliance policies, all visitors to the ground that are 16 and below must be accompanied by a responsible adult (18+). Unfortunately those arriving without an adult will not be permitted into the ground.

Disabled access and step-free access

The main entrance has step free access to the ground, we encourage wheelchair users to head towards the clubhouse where we have elevated views and overhead protection. Please contact us for any additional requirements and we will do everything we can to support your visit to the club.

Staff abuse

We hold a zero tolerance view in regards towards staff and club officials, all instances will lead to expulsion from the ground. Season Ticket Holders may also lose access to matches in line with the terms and conditions of your ticket purchase.

Abusive/sexist/racist/homophobic comments

We remind all fans that we do not tolerate any abusive language towards any player, staff member or other fans. Please use the report it function on this website to report any instances. Click here

No alcohol

Any alcohol bought into the ground will be taken and disposed of by our stewards. Consistent breaking of this request may lead to your removal from the ground.

Pyrotechnics and Flares

These are not permitted at any game or in the surrounding areas of the ground. The FA and police will be part of any investigations into their use. Use of these items can lead to a national banning order and criminal record.
